From the Yard to the Driveway: How Prestige Pave & Resin Began

Driveways are not just a job for us. Our owner, Luke, learned the trade the old-fashioned way: hands-on, on site, alongside the people doing the work.

While other young lads were chasing easier money, Luke was learning to read the ground, lay a sub-base that does not move, and finish a driveway in a way that still holds up ten years later.

Growing up in the trade taught him there are no shortcuts in construction. You either do the job right, or you do not do it at all. A reputation takes years to build but only moments to ruin.

As Luke set out on his own, he wanted to bring a fresh energy to the trade. He set up Prestige Pave & Resin focusing on resin bound driveways across Dersingham, Norfolk and the surrounding villages. The business grew quickly through word of mouth and recommendations.

Customers told us they wanted more than just driveways. They wanted the same trusted team to look after the rest of their outdoor space too, so we expanded into block paving, tarmac, imprinted concrete, surface dressing and full restoration work.

For a while we ran our resin work and our paving work as two separate operations. Many of our customers were the same people, though, so we brought everything together under one roof: Prestige Pave & Resin.

You have probably seen them around Dersingham and the wider Norfolk area. Our bright pink vans are hard to miss, and that is the whole point.

When we rebranded, we wanted to step away from the traditional, drab image of the construction industry and show that we are different. Modern, approachable, vibrant. The pink vans with our cartoon-style graphics reflect our personality perfectly.

We take our work incredibly seriously. We just try to bring a bit of colour and a smile to every street we visit.
